• Rental must take place during regualr hours unless specifcally approved. Regualar operation hours are 8:00 – 18:00, if load out goes past the agreed schedule an hourly charge of 500$ will apply.

• Studio must be left as it was found, with all garbage removed from facility or an additional $200.00cleaning fee wiill apply.

• If an operator is required for the complimentary load in day a fee of $700.00 will be applied to the final bill.
